Good Hump Day Morning!

Okay, in case you haven't noticed, we are going with a raspberry theme this week...  Bought a 5lb box of frozen raspberries and what better to do with them, make shakes!!!
Raspberry Lemonade with a LiftOff is the perfect hump day shake!  Refreshing and packed full of energy.

2 – scoop Vanilla Formula #1
2 - Vanilla Protein Drink Mix
1 – tea spoons sugar Free Vanilla Pudding
1/4 - Cup of Raspberries
1 - scoop of H3O Lemon
1-  Lemon Lime LiftOff
 
For an extra kick of fiber we also added 1 - scoop of Active Fiber!

Chocolate Cheesecake is really easy to make, and it taste great!  Waking up at 5am sometimes you just want to keep it simple and fast, so here is one for keeping it simple. 
 
Starting to get festive, having a Christmas coffee cup for my morning tea and the mini pumpkin in a basket for the background.  I even noticed over the weekend Home Depot had Christmas trees on display already.  WOW!

Okay, so there isn't a Chocolate Banana Blueberry PiƱa Colada shake on the menu for the Wellness Club, but it taste so gooooooood!

This morning I thought I would throw some ingredients together and see what happened.  This is what came out of the mad scientist blender.  There is room for experimentation with the shakes, trust me I know. 

Starting to get in the Halloween "spirit".  :)

Simply delicious for the chocolate peanut butter fans out there.  This is one of the easiest shakes to make, but one of the tastiest! 

The classic taste of "you got your peanut butter in my chocolate"...  Just in time for Halloween, trick or treat?  This is defiantly a treat. 

Making this shake in the morning, I feel like kid waiting for my Halloween candy that my parents would a lot me throughout the day.  Hurry up already!

Banana's in the house!  I always love putting bananas in my shakes, and this shake is just so good.  It's almost like your having a unhealthy desert, but it's actually HEALTHY!  I love it!

Bananas are one of our best sources of potassium, an essential mineral for maintaining normal blood pressure and heart function. Since the average banana contains a whopping 467 mg of potassium and only 1 mg of sodium, a banana a day may help to prevent high blood pressure and protect against atherosclerosis.

Bananas have long been recognized for their antacid effects that protect against stomach ulcers and ulcer damage.

Your mother may have told you carrots would keep your eyes bright as a child, but as an adult, it looks like fruit is even more important for keeping your sight.

Today we made one of my friends favorite shake.  He believes this shake is perfect because of the antioxidant and health benefits in blueberries plus when blended in a shake, it equals perfection!

Shake of the Day! Cookie Elvis!

I was going to make a shake called "The Elvis" this morning, but at 5am I got out all my shake mix, took a picture of the ingredients, and realize I don't have Vanilla Formula 1... D'oh.
 
So instead of Vanilla Formula 1, I put Cookies 'n Cream.  WOW new shake for me...  I'll call it the Cookie Elvis!  It just goes to show you that any combination will work making shakes!  I also attached the directions for "The Elvis" for those who don't have Cookies 'n Cream.
