Shake of the Day! Blueberry Cheesecake!
Today we made one of my friends favorite shake. He believes this shake is perfect because of the antioxidant and health benefits in blueberries plus when blended in a shake, it equals perfection!

2 – scoop French Vanilla Formula #1
1/4 cup Blueberries (I added a 1/2 cup of blueberries)... TGIF!!
1 - Tbsp. of sugar free cheesecake pudding
16oz. of Ice 3/4 cup of water
1 – Blender = 1 Perfect Shake!
