2 - scoop Vanilla Protein Drink Mix
2 - scoop Cookies 'n Cream
1 - scoop Lemon H30
1 - tbsp. Sugar Free Cheese Cake Pudding
1/4 cup - Blue Berries


16oz. of Ice
3/4 cup of water
