Shake of the Day! French Toast

Shake of the Day!  French Toast  YUMMY!!!
Today we made one of my favorite shakes French Toast. 
 
This is a great shake for those who love to their French toast in the morning, but do not want the butter or syrup or calories... 
 
 
French Toast!
 
2 - scoop Vanilla Protein Drink Mix
2 - scoop French Vanilla Formula #1
1- Pump Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
 
1- Pump Torani Sugar Free Brown Sugar Cinnamon Syrup
     OR
1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar... :) My choice, but remember it is sugar...

1 - tbsp. Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding 
1/2 t of Cinnamon
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
16oz. of Ice
3/4 cup of water

1 - Blender = 1 Shake!

Don't forget your tea and aloe
