Shake of the Day!  Raspberry Beach Bum!

Good Tuesday Morning!
 
Raspberry Beach Bum is really easy to make and it taste amazing!   This is a refreshing meal replacement shake and is a great way to start your day!  It's so good we decided to make it 2 days in a row. 
 
1 - scoop Pina Colada
1 – scoop Vanilla Formula #1
2 - Vanilla Protein Drink Mix
1 – tea spoons sugar Free Vanilla Pudding
1/4 - Cup of Raspberries
1 - scoop of H3O Orange
 
  
  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
   
16oz. of Ice
 
3/4 cup of water
 
1 – Blender = 1 Perfect Shake!
