This morning we made a shake that was posted earlier this week, so I decided to wait until after our Fit Class to share this awesome shake! As a bonus below I added our Fit Class workout.  Remember to get your protein within 30 minutes after your workout!

The Blueberry Cheese Cake with Post!  (Post is Herbalife24 Rebuild Endurance)

2 - scoop Herbalife24 Rebuild Endurance
1/4 cup Blueberries (I always add a 1/2 cup of blueberries, I love blueberries!)... 
1 - Tbsp. of sugar free cheesecake pudding
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
16oz. of Ice 3/4 cup of water
1 – Blender = 1 Perfect Shake!
